LTPA Wedding and Large party “confirmation” rules and check list
Only completed and qualified applications will be considered for a date
confirmation. Any incomplete applications or requirements will delay or
forfeit the date requested.
All dates will be on a first come first served basis so only the first
completed, qualified and confirmed application along with the required
fees will be placed on the date requested.
Here is what we need to have in order to process your request for a
Wedding or Large Party date:
- Completed “policy” form.
- Completed “application” form.
- $500.00 deposit made out to LTPA
- $1000.00 fee made out to LTPA
- Special event insurance ($1,000,000 BI/PD with $2,000,000 aggregate
limits) covering the days you will be using our park.
Your request for a date at our park will only be considered valid if ALL 5 of
the above requirements are met and in our receipt. Only when you receive back in
the mail your “confirmation of date receipt” will you be booked for that date.
Thank you for considering our park for your special event. These steps are
made necessary due to problems incurred in the past.
