bulletTo all our boat owners on the buoys. Please watch the weather forecast to determine how long you want to keep your boat in the water. The weather patterns usually start changing after the Labor day weekend.

bullet The volleyball posts, net, and court outline tape are installed and looking good. The old tetherball post was damaged beyond repair so we are putting in a new post behind the basketball court as soon as we can get to it.
bulletWe are installing a new “Bear Box” near table 10 for after-hours use and use during the winter months to try to keep the trash from being a problem when there is no staff at the park. Please use it responsibly.

The Lake Tahoe Park Association is an organization created to protect and support the property located at 1700 Sequoia Avenue in Tahoe Park.

The Association consists of the property owners' located in the one square mile known as Section 13, T-15N R-16E, of the Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. When property is purchased in this area, an appurtenant interest is acquired. When property is sold, this interest transfers to the new owner. Membership is only available to property owners and cannot be purchased separately.

The Annual Homeowner's Meeting is held on the first Saturday of July at 11:00 am. The meeting will be located at the beach area, 1700 Sequoia Avenue, Tahoe Park.
