You can fill out the following application forms on-line then print your completed form for mailing or you may print it out as is and fill in the blanks at your leisure.
To fill-in your form on-line, just click on the first field and start typing. Press 'Tab' key to advance to the next field or 'Shift+Tab' keys to return to the previous field.

Calendar of important dates and events for 2012

bulletFebruary 1st: First day Buoy applications will be accepted for Full Season, first half or second half seasons. (ONLY)
bulletMarch 30th: Last day for above buoy applications to be accepted.
bulletNotice to all buoy applicants: LTPA annual assessment needs to be paid up to be considered for a buoy.
bulletMarch 31st: Full season buoy application drawing at the park.
bulletThe drawing for buoys at the park will be at 10:00AM outside the entrance to the park.
bulletApril 1st: First day for Kayak, Canoe storage applications. (No Applications will be considered that come in before “first” day)
bulletMay 4th: First day for eligible Weddings & Large parties.
bulletMay 20th: Management meeting for 2011 season.
bulletMay 20th: First day to submit “WEEKLY BUOY RENTALS” applications.
bulletMay 20th: Kayak/ Canoe storage open for use by accepted applicants only.
bulletMay 25th: First day for boats to use our buoy field.
bulletJune 15th: First day for some of our gate & pier staff.
bulletJune 15th: Final date for receiving assessment before keys are deactivated.
bulletJune 24th: Last day for Spring Weddings & Large parties.
bulletJuly 7th: Annual membership meeting and party at the park
bulletJuly 29th: All 1st half boats must be removed by 11:00 AM.
bulletJuly 31st: First day for second half boats to go on buoys.
bulletSeptember 3rd: Last day for non management staff. (Not counting Victor.)
bulletSeptember 4th: Fall wedding and large party season begins
bulletOctober 1st: Buoy field closes. (All boats MUST be off their buoy)
bulletNovember 4th: ALL Kayaks, Canoes, and Dinghies must be removed from the park property.
bulletNovember 17th: Last day for remaining support and on site management staff. (Depending on weather conditions).

Note: All park facilities will be closed and Winterized based on the weather at that time.
